If it rains on the day, we don't put castles out and we do offer a full refund.

If your event is to be held at a park or gardens you will require permission from the council before we go ahead. please note we will be at your party at least 30 minute's before your start time to set up for you.

A non refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. Payments must be made in full 1 week prior to the event date.

*All dog poop must be picked up prior to us attending.*

All our soft play does need to be in the shade as it does get very hot.

If for any reason there is a problem occurs we will do our very best to resolve the problem.

Package 1, package 2 and package 3 are only for soft play -the castle hire is separate.

While we are Rockhampton region based, delivery of our soft play packages and extras will be free within a 40km radius of our business in Gracemere - Package hire outside of this radius will incur a charge of $3 per km. Return trip will also be considered in the charge. Google maps will be used to determine distance/according charge. Extra delivery charge will be discussed and confirmed prior to event.

Fairy floss machine, slushie machine, please note it takes at least 2 hours for slushie to slush ,popcorn machine and gazebos are all available to hire only as add ons to a package or castle, we do not hire them out by themselves.

While we do aim to provide as much fun at your event as possible, safety is a priority! All our extension, and blowers, are tagged and tested every 6 mth. to ensure safety. Our soft play equipment caters for ages up to 5 and our jumping castles are for up to the age of 10.

Slushie Machine
Price: $70 for machine on it's own for large parties.
4 to 1 ratio must be correct ratio of syrup to water or it wont slush, 2ltrs makes 10 ltrs slushie.

*Please note - Extra time will be needed before event if hiring the slushie machine as it takes at least 2 hrs to slush when both tanks are full to make the slushie. Duration 4hrs hire
